We provide expert care for upright, baby grand, and grand pianos, including tuning, pitch correction, and deep interior cleaning. Each service is designed to maintain your piano’s tone, responsiveness, and long-term health.
Piano Tuning
Keep your piano sounding its best with a careful, on-site tuning. This service adjusts string tension to restore accurate pitch and balanced tone across the keyboard.
What’s Included:

Fine adjustments for tonal balance and harmonic consistency
Most tunings take approximately 2–3 hours depending on the instrument’s condition and tuning history. Starting pricing applies to pianos in average condition. Instruments that have not been tuned in several years or are severely out of tune may require a pitch correction (pitch raise) or follow-up visit to fully stabilize. Any additional service will always be discussed before proceeding.

Pitch Correction (Pitch Raise)
If a piano has not been tuned in several years, it may have dropped significantly below standard pitch. In this case, a pitch correction is required before a fine tuning can be completed.
This process restores overall string tension across the instrument so that it can hold a stable tuning.
What’s Included:
• Adjustment of all strings to bring the piano close to standard pitch
• Follow-up fine tuning for improved tonal balance
• Assessment of tuning stability
Because older or neglected pianos have been under reduced tension for an extended period, they may require a follow-up tuning within a few weeks to fully stabilize. This will always be discussed before proceeding.

Acoustic Piano Deep Cleaning
A deep cleaning restores your piano’s appearance and helps preserve its internal components. This service goes beyond surface dusting and addresses both the exterior and accessible interior areas of the instrument.
What’s Included:
• Exterior dusting of cabinet, music desk, and key slip using soft microfiber cloths
• Careful cleaning of individual keys to remove dirt and buildup
• Removal of keys and action (when appropriate) to access and clean beneath
• Dusting and vacuuming of the soundboard, strings, plate, and accessible interior components
• Gentle cleaning around the pinblock and tuning pin area without disturbing tuning stability
This service removes accumulated dust and debris, supports proper mechanical movement, and helps maintain long-term tone and responsiveness.
Recommended for pianos that have not been professionally cleaned in several years or that accumulate dust quickly in the home.
